to take part in a scientific conference
on 7 - 8 October 2010

-  field artillery;

-  anti-aircraft defence,anti-aircraft missile units and radio-engineering units;

4. Communication equipment and technologies

5. Computer systems and technologies

6. Geodesy

7. Social sciences:

- Organization, management and educational approaches in the higher schools;

- Philologies.

GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATION

1. The deadline for applications is 24.09.2010.

2. The original text of each paper should be delivered on the first day of the conference, printed on a laser printer and on a floppy disc or CD, following the instructions for the paper design.

-- The paper file may be e-mailed before 01.10.2010:

(This does not cancel the requirement for delivering the original text.)

-- The papers design should meet the requirements;

-- The floppy disc should have the name of the file and the author of the paper.

3. The approved papers will be published in a "Scientific works collection" and delivered to the participants.

4. The maximum number of papers for participation as an author or co-author is 3 (three) papers

5. The time allowed for discussion of a single paper is up to 15 min.

6. The scientific conference program will be delivered to the participants at the opening ceremony.

7. The participants registration will be on 07.10.2010 from 08.00h to 10.00h

8. Opening of the plenary session - 07.10.2010 (10.00h)

9. The participation fee of 45 lvs should be deposited in the Faculty bank account:

The fee includes: a "Scientific works collection", a conference kit, coffee breaks, and a cocktail participation.
A non-participating co-author who would like to receive a conference collection should pay the sum of 25lvs.
The National Military University cadets and students are not due to pay a fee and will be given a conference kit, as well as, a participation certificate.

10. The bank order number is to be included in the application form. The fee payment is allowed also at the time of registration.

The organizing committee has the right not to publish papers that do not meet the above mentioned requirements.!
