FACILITIES

 
All facilities of the Foreign Languages Department are located on a military base deployed in the very centre of the town of Shumen.

 

 

1. Training Facilities:

• over 20 training rooms
• 5 language labs:
  3 second level language labs (updated through FMF in June 2008; each lab sits 25 trainees)
  2 fourth level language labs (updated through FMF in June 2008; each lab sits 15 trainees)
• more than 40 computers, with fast internet connection; Wi-Fi available
• self-study centre
• conference room
• syndicate room
• video room
• library with more than 18 000 titles

2. Sports Facilities:
- indoor sports facility with a 25-meter swimming pool, a small swimming pool; a fitness centre; volleyball, basketball and table tennis fields;

- renovated in 2009 trainees dormitory that accommodates up to 240 persons;
cable TV and Internet access in each room;
